Anderson University is preparing students for careers in theatre performance, arts administration, as well as Christian ministry (both seminary and drama ministry). Students have the option of developing a Senior Project in performance or pursuing an arts administrative internship. In the last few years several seniors have had arts management internships at the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. Recent graduates are currently enrolled in M.F.A. Acting programs at Florida Atlantic University, Mary Baldwin College and Regent University.
At each stage of your training you will be provided multiple performance and design/tech opportunities. The Playhouse at Anderson University produces three main stage productions each year, as well as a series of student directed scenes and one-act plays. Recent AC Playhouse productions include:
